Levene Gouldin & Thompson employs numerous full and part-time paralegal professionals assigned to all major practice areas. Paralegal professionals are delegated high levels of responsibility and authority, including direct interaction with clients. Employment as a paralegal usually requires a 2-year or 4-year degree (or equivalent experience).

The firm believes in internal promotion for exceptional candidates. Entry-level positions periodically arise based on the needs of the firm. Internal and external training and continuing education are available and encouraged.
